Defines what may and may not be built or done with Alleex Cloud. Prohibited content (illegal under EU law, CSAM, fraud); prohibited applications (anything designed to circumvent GDPR/AI Act, mass surveillance, discriminatory automated decision-making without human review).

EU AI Act alignment: Alleex Cloud tags modules by AI-Act risk class. Customers building high-risk AI applications carry the compliance obligations for those applications; Alleex Cloud provides tooling, not regulatory clearance.

Enforcement: Alleex Cloud may suspend or terminate violating accounts, with an appeals process. Abuse reporting: a contact mechanism will be published here.
