⚠ PENDING LAWYER REVIEW — not legal advice
This page is a structural scaffold. It has not been reviewed by qualified EU/GDPR counsel and is notlaunch-ready. No paying customer may onboard until a lawyer has reviewed and approved this document (binding pre-launch gate).
Provenance: Hand-authored — requires a qualified EU/GDPR lawyer before any customer signs up. Not generatable from manifests.
The ToS is a contract between Alleex Cloud and the registered builder. It will cover: service description (composition-based, EU-hosted; no freeform-codegen guarantee), the credit model and spend caps (by reference to /pricing), acceptable use (by reference to /acceptable-use), IP (customer owns generated code; Alleex Cloud owns the platform/modules), liability and warranty disclaimers, governing law, and modification terms.
Polar.sh is the merchant of record for the Alleex Cloud subscription: the payment contract is mediated by Polar, Polar issues the VAT invoice, and refund handling follows EU consumer law in coordination with Polar. The ToS must state this accurately and must not claim Alleex Cloud collects VAT or issues invoices itself.
It will never claim SOC2/ISO certification before those audits complete (see /compliance for honest status).
This document is information about Alleex Cloud's technical and organisational measures, not legal advice. Consult your DPO or legal counsel for your specific obligations.
