    Smoke-tested live on cloud.alleex.com

    End-to-end smoke test passed on the production domain. The builder pipeline, gallery, and /create flow are confirmed live.

    The eject boundary is now owned by @alleex-cloud/canonical-schema, making the interface between the hosted builder and self-hosted output explicit and versioned.

    Three MCP tools — propose, scaffold, and eject — now form the public frontdoor of the builder's MCP spine, enabling agent-native app composition.

    Three-entry front door live (Gallery, Eject, /create flow)

    The gallery, one-click eject, and the /create Lovable-style prompt flow are all live. The three primary ways to start an alleex app now have a front door.

Entries correspond to real git commits or tagged releases. Git refs are verifiable in the Alleex Cloud repository. The changelog grows with each real release — no invented entries.
