Provenance: Auto-generated from Alleex Cloud platform manifests via the compliance-eu generator (ADR-0010 SC4) + hand-authored legal-basis/retention/contact sections (lawyer-required).

This policy will be generated from Alleex Cloud's own installed operational components — the same mechanism every Alleex Cloud-built app uses (dogfooding ADR-0010 SC4). Generated sections: personal data collected, subprocessors, EU AI Act impact, and the GDPR rights section (Art. 15 / 17 / 20) pointing to the DSAR endpoint.

Hand-authored sections requiring counsel: legal entity & address, legal bases per processing purpose, retention periods, governing law, and SCC details. These are not yet written and must not be presented as final.

Subprocessors are listed at /subprocessors. Polar.sh is the merchant of record for the Alleex Cloud subscription and remits EU VAT — Alleex Cloud does not collect or remit VAT itself.
