For Product and Design Teams
Prototype in the EU compliance lane — no DevOps, no legal review queue
Turn a Figma brief into a running app with a real database, real auth, and real EU data residency. Hand it off to engineering already compliant.
Zap
Prompt to running app
Describe your product, watch alleex compose the modules, and iterate in the live preview. The prototype runs on real infrastructure — not a mock.
ShieldCheck
Compliance already in
Designers do not configure GDPR. The compliance-eu module is auto-included when the app handles personal data — cookie consent, DSAR endpoint, and privacy policy are generated automatically.
GitBranch
Real handoff
Eject a typed Next.js repo, not a prototype that engineering has to rebuild. The compliance and audit layers survive the handoff because they are part of the database schema.
What you can build
Common starting points
Internal dashboard prototype
Compose an internal dashboard with SSO, role-based access, and an audit log. Share a live URL with stakeholders before writing a sprint ticket.
Better Auth + shadcn/ui admin scaffold
Customer portal prototype
Stand up a branded customer portal with EU-hosted auth, a data-subject request flow, and consent capture — ready for a compliance review, not just a design review.
compliance-eu module + Better Auth
Compliance-aware data form flows
Forms that collect personal data get a consent receipt, a retention policy, and an audit trail automatically. No manual wiring between design and legal.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No, for prototyping. You describe the app, alleex composes it from vetted modules, and you iterate in the live preview. For production handoff — the ejected repo is plain Next.js TypeScript, so your engineering team takes over without a rewrite.
Can engineering take over the prototype?
Yes. The ejected repo is standard Next.js with Drizzle ORM and Better Auth — no alleex-proprietary runtime. The compliance and audit modules are Postgres triggers and typed server actions; they survive the handoff intact.
How is this different from Lovable or v0?
Lovable and v0 produce code you then need to make compliant. alleex composes from GDPR-reviewed modules so compliance is in from the first deploy, not retrofitted. The output is a real EU-hosted app, not a sandbox you export.
Can I share the prototype with non-technical stakeholders?
Yes. Every alleex app gets a live URL immediately. You share the URL; the stakeholder sees a running app with real auth and real data — not a Figma link or a localhost screenshot.
